Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the back-office team handling operations related to Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equities, Loan against MF/Equities, Bonds, etc. This includes effectively managing day-to-day operations, generating reports and MIS, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address escalations and customer queries. Process improvement, automation, drafting process notes, approval notes, and log sheets, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance, are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the individual will be involved in mentoring and training team members. In the Admin & HR domain, responsibilities will include asset management and HR operations module. Ideal candidates should be graduates with 5-7 years of experience in Mutual Fund Distribution, RTA Operations, or the Insurance industry. NISM V-A certifications would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, along with proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel operations are essential. A positive attitude, ability to work well in a team, and maintaining data integrity, backups, etc., are also required. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Operations. The salary range for this position is Rs. 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and skills. This position is based in Dombivli, Thane (Maharashtra).,
