Team Lead- Mern Stack

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Angular, Node.js). As a Sr. Full-stack Developer/Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, set coding standards, conduct code reviews, design and develop scalable applications, translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize application performance, plan sprints, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges. - Set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines for the team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using MERN Stack or MEAN Stack. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to foster continuous learning. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in MERN / MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Angular, Node.js). - Strong experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration. - Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Expertise in version control systems like Git. - Strong knowledge of database management and optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. - Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
