The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team ofMedical Record Reviewers, ensuring the accuracy and compliance ofmedical records, and facilitating the smooth operation of thedepartment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of medical record review processes, anda commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patientconfidentiality and regulatory compliance.

                Requirements

                • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading role and preferably in
                  Medical summarization.
                • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve success.
                  
                • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
                  
                • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
