Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Mackly Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Chennai. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring project milestones are met. Additionally, the Team Lead will be expected to liaise with clients, facilitate communication within teams, and handle any issues that arise during the course of projects.
