Job Title: Team Lead – Legal Document Review Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience: 2 to 4 years in Legal Document Review and Team Coordination Job Type: Full-time | On-site Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Lead – Legal Document Review to join our Data Breach Response and Document Review team based in Mohali. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in legal document review, coding, and project coordination who are ready to step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 15–20 legal review professionals Manage multi-level document review workflows including: First-Level Review: Tagging for responsiveness, relevance, and privilege Second-Level Review: Conducting QC checks and handling Redfern requests Subjective Coding: Applying issue-based tagging and classification Data Mining: Identifying and organizing relevant case-related information Coordinate with Project Managers and Assistant PMs for validation strategies and review planning Conduct daily team briefings, QC sampling, and monitor productivity metrics Address and resolve workflow issues, escalate concerns as needed Provide constructive feedback and refresher training sessions to maintain quality standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in document review and quality control Prior experience in leading or assisting legal project teams Proficiency with legal review platforms and tagging protocols Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills Familiarity with data breach response processes is an added advantage Ability to manage large volumes of work within tight deadlines How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their CVs to rashika@huntingcherry.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: document review and quality control: 2 years (Required) leading or assisting legal project teams: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
