Job Summary

Team Lead – Laravel Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Laravel developers.
• Architect, design, and develop secure and scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP).
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel features, PHP trends, and web development best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Laravel framework

  (minimum 4+ years).
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, queues, and event broadcasting in Laravel.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.js.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
