Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets through effective team leadership
  • Manage floor operations, team rosters, attendance, and discipline
  • Coach and mentor telesales executives to improve performance and call quality
  • Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and re-training when required
  • Monitor sales metrics, revenue numbers, and team performance reports
  • Allocate calling data strategically to maximize conversions
  • Handle objection management and ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Participate in hiring, screening, and performance reviews of team members
  • Track competitor activities and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    1 year experience as Team Leader in B2C Tele sales (mandatory)

  • Total experience should not exceed

    6 years

  • Team size should be

    10 +(12- 15 is good)

  • Strong people management and floor handling skills
  • Excellent objection handling and closing abilitie
  • Highly target-driven with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams
  • Fluency in

    local language

    of the respective location (mandatory)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 2-4 years in Tele calling or Tele Sales , 1 year as Team Lead on Paper
