About the Role

What you’ll handle

Lead the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team and ensure targets are met.
Review lead flow, call quality, and conversion metrics to understand performance gaps.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily dashboards, and insights for leadership.
Coach the team regularly with feedback sessions, call audits, and performance discussions.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to drive calling quality and volume.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Store teams for smooth lead management
Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate tagging, and timely follow-ups.
Use dialers and CRM tools to improve efficiency and reduce lead leakage.
Motivate the team, manage attendance, schedules, and maintain discipline in operations.

What we’re looking for

Prior experience as a Team Leader in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Sales Operations.
Strong grip on MIS, reporting, and performance analysis.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and lead management tools.
Good people-management skills and the ability to keep the team charged up.
Able to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Someone who can join immediately.
