Role Overview

Team Lead Sales

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales callers to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Performance Monitoring:
Track team metrics, analyze KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue), and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coaching & Feedback:
Provide regular feedback and training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques.
Motivation & Culture:
Foster a positive, energetic, and target-driven team culture through recognition, gamification, and performance incentives.
Customer Escalations:
Handle client escalations professionally and support team members in resolving complex queries or objections.
Process Optimization:
Identify gaps in the sales funnel, suggest and implement process improvements to increase conversion and productivity.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from performance data
