Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage and guide a team focused on health insurance processes, including claims processing, policy servicing, customer service, or back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health insurance domain and proven experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team handling health insurance operations (claims processing, underwriting support, customer service, or data entry).
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality KPIs to meet SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal process standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new and existing team members.
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues or process gaps.
• Collaborate with QA, MIS, and other departments to improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to address process updates and feedback.
• Manage shift schedules, leaves, and workforce planning for the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
