Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of counsellors to ensure high-quality student support and consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets

· Drive the team to meet monthly admission and conversion targets through effective planning and performance tracking.

· Provide ongoing training, guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

· Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to the counselling team.

· Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and daily/weekly reports.

· Handle escalated student queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process.

· Assist in refining counselling processes to enhance student experience and conversion rates.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

· Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.

· Achieve individual counselling targets along with overall team goals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/overseas education counselling, with 1+ year in a leadership role.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.

· Problem-solving attitude with a student-first approach.

· Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
