Team Lead - GoLang

As a Team Lead specializing in GoLang, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications and guiding a team of engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services to ensure the successful delivery of complete solutions to customers. You will collaborate closely with your team to support their utilization of the platform and drive continuous improvement in development practices. Your expertise in Go programming, along with your ability to architect highly scalable and available systems, will be essential in translating business requirements into scalable and extensible designs. Your role will involve effective communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and meet their needs. Additionally, you will participate in all phases of the agile development cycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 6 years of web development experience, with at least 2 years of proven proficiency in Go programming. Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC are required. Knowledge of additional web technologies like Python or PHP would be advantageous. Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to instill best practices in web development within the team are essential. You should possess strong design skills, an understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, along with a sense of urgency and ownership over the product. A positive attitude towards work and colleagues, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment are key qualities. Experience in technical mentorship or coaching, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be beneficial in this role. Additionally, familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an advantage.,
