Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead specializing in GoLang to lead the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. You’ll mentor a team of engineers, design robust architectures, and ensure successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers.
Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

6+ years of web development, 2+ years in GoLang.
Strong in RDBMS, NoSQL, and AWS services.
Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
Familiar with Go frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Bonus: Experience with Python, PHP, front-end tech, or Agile coaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
