Job Summary:

The Team Lead / Execution Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing plant shutdowns and maintenance activities. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Drive core team coordination meetings to align objectives, resources, and timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Facilitate scope change processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and approval.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures during all phases of execution.
• Prepare reports and documentation on progress, performance, and completion.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shutdown efficiency and reliability.

Experience: 6 years & above

Salary: 36 - 42 Lakhs/Annum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
