Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to resolve issues and achieve project goals. Facilitate scope change processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and approval. Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures during all phases of execution. Prepare reports and documentation on progress, performance, and completion. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shutdown efficiency and reliability.
