As a Team Lead / Execution Coordinator in the Operations / Maintenance department of an Oil & Gas industry located in Angola, African Country, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing plant shutdowns and maintenance activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities. - Drive core team coordination meetings to align objectives, resources, and timelines. - Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals. - Facilitate scope change processes with proper documentation, communication, and approval. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly. - Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures throughout the execution phases. - Prepare reports and documentation on progress, performance, and completion. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shutdown efficiency and reliability. **Key Skills:** - Shutdown & Maintenance Planning - Project Execution & Scheduling - Cross-functional Team Coordination - Scope & Change Management - Safety Leadership - Problem-solving & Decision-making - Time Management **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering degree preferred, but other relevant work experience is acceptable. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
