Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant located in Singapore. The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to improve business performance, conducting detailed analysis and assessments, and formulating strategic recommendations. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The Consultant will also facilitate training sessions, support the implementation of strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous consulting experience is an advantage
