Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead Developer with 5-11 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the development team and ensuring high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various technologies such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, PHP, C#, Python, AWS cloud, Azure cloud, and associated technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team to design, develop, and deploy software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
Develop and maintain large-scale software systems using object-oriented design patterns and microservices architecture.
Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and testing it.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET Web Forms & MVC architecture.
Experience with mobile-first technologies including React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Xamarin.
Strong understanding of web services architecture, MSMQ, single sign-on design, and implementation.
Proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
