Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Desktop Team Lead to manage and support the desktop support team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets, and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the desktop support team to ensure effective incident resolution.
• Manage hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and project implementations.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for IT assets.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.
• Provide hands-on support when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in desktop support with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and remote support tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• IT certifications like MCP, MCSA, or ITIL (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
