Department-MECHANICAL DESIGN

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project study and understanding of project requirement and preparation of project objective documents
• Task distribution to team members and review of the task
• Must have experience to handle 4 to 8 team members in design
• Must be able to make cost effective and proven design concept for the project requirement
• Prepare design completion and releasing plan for multiple project
• Must have practical experience in selection of gearing parts which used in machines
• Must have experience in selection of motors and load calculation
• Must have experience in selection of rails, rack and pinion etc.
• Must have experience in selection of hydraulics and pneumatics parts selection as per process requirements
• Must have experience in material selection and heat treatment process knowledge
• Must have awareness of tool room machining process
• Must have experience in GD&T for making manufacturing drawings
• Must have experience in 3D modeling and 2D drafting
• Must be able to select electromechanical parts as per design requirements
• Must have experience in co-ordination with suppliers during the selection of standards parts
• Must have experience in handling project-related documents, including as built 3D & 2D engineering data, drawings, and final manufacturing BOM creation.
• Ability to work on different types of projects as per project requirements.

Preferred Skills: -

• Experience in Team management of Design engineer's.
• Experience with machine designing (Special Purpose Machine/Industrial Automation ,Robotics automation & Welding automation)
• Must work well within a team environment, but be self-organized and analytic in problem-solving
• Candidate with USA visa of B1, B2, L1, & L2.
• Engineering degree in Mechanics.
• Exercises ingenuity and implements innovative concepts to save costs.
• Design manager need to be able to communicate concepts to clients and partners to build confidence and credibility.
