As a Team Lead in Corporate Finance, your role involves leading a team and managing various aspects of corporate finance, with a specific focus on debt funding. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing and evaluating debt financing opportunities for corporate clients. - Structuring debt deals and developing financing proposals tailored to client needs. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful funding outcomes. - Conducting thorough financial analysis, including cash flow projections, risk assessments, and financial modeling. - Assessing the creditworthiness of clients and providing recommendations for risk mitigation. - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the financing process. - Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting corporate finance and debt funding. - Providing insights and recommendations based on market research. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. - Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to mitigate legal risks associated with financing transactions. - Leading and motivating a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals. - Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus. - 7 years of progressive experience in banking, with a focus on corporate finance and debt funding. - Strong understanding of financial models, CMA, debt structures, and corporate finance principles. - Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to corporate finance.
