What's in for you: Competitive CTC Two Way Transport Food from Office Designation: Team Lead (Non Voice) Experience Range: 5+ years Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office) Employment Type & Shifts: Full Time - Permanent; Rotational We are looking for: Postgraduate in English with 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years of managing and leading teams. Proven experience in leading teams that assess AI responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and safety. Proficient in MS Office/Google Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis capabilities. Ability to define, understand, and implement operational metrics and controls, while prioritizing stakeholder needs. Excellent written/verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a quick learner with minimal supervision. Exposure to GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI models, with a startup mindset and team-oriented approach. What you will do: Lead and manage multiple operations teams (approx. 50 headcount), handling governance, mentoring, performance management, and regular 1:1s. Build and maintain relationships with Program leads, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and needs. Conduct root cause analysis (RCAs) to identify process or team gaps, perform basic data analysis (pivot tables, charts), and interpret insights to address issues in productivity and quality. Work with analysts and program managers to analyze data, identify patterns, and drive initiatives to improve operations, quality, and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements and automation to optimize operations, maintain high program health, and meet team productivity, quality, and SLA targets. Ensure accurate data reporting, actively participate in meetings, lead discussions, and promptly take action on action points to ensure timely project delivery.
