Job Description

Channel Partner Management & Business Development

Identify, onboard, and nurture strong working relationships with Channel Partners to drive sales performance.
Engage existing Channel Partners to generate consistent footfalls and support them in enhancing their conversion ratios.
Drive achievement of annual sales targets for the Channel Sales vertical through effective partner engagement strategies.
Generate and track unique customer revisits to improve overall sales pipeline health.
Consistently meet targeted conversion rates by monitoring and guiding partner-led customer interactions.
Ensure minimum walk-ins through existing Channel Partners as per AOP targets, reactivating dormant partners and pushing for incremental walk-ins through strategic interventions.
Facilitate skill enhancement and capability-building initiatives for Channel Partners and the internal channel sales team.

Reports & Market Analysis

Conduct regular analysis of competing Channel Partner teams and gather market intelligence to understand competitive positioning.
Create and maintain a comprehensive Channel Partner and customer database to support structured follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the Sales Team to convert walk-ins generated by Channel Partners into successful closures.
Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team to monitor and analyze leads originating from Channel Partner channels.
Organize and manage Channel Partner-driven events, customer meets, and participation in property exhibitions to boost visibility and engagement.
