Job Title: Channel Partner Sourcing Commercial Real Estate
Location: Kothrud & Nearby Micro-markets, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners specializing in commercial real estate within Kothrud and adjoining markets (Bavdhan, Karve Nagar, Warje, Pashan, Erandwane).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent supply of office, retail, and commercial assets.
Conduct regular market visits to engage with CPs, understand micro-market movements, and expand the partner network.
Train and enable channel partners on ANAROCK’s projects, mandate offerings, and sales processes.
Coordinate site visits, property presentations, and client interactions through CPs to support closures.
Work closely with internal sales teams to align sourcing activities and ensure seamless lead flow and transaction support.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on CP performance, sourcing status, market insights, and inventory updates.
Uphold ANAROCK’s professional standards and ensure exceptional partner experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2–4 years in commercial real estate, channel partner management, or property sourcing.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kothrud and nearby micro-markets, with insights into demand patterns, pricing trends, and active CP networks.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop CP networks and maintain long-term, productive partnerships.
Negotiation & Sourcing Skills: Strong acumen in sourcing quality inventory and driving partner engagement.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Work Approach: Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive market travel and fieldwork.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
