Team Lead

As a Team Lead for the study abroad counsellors and professionals, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 10 members. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and guiding the team to achieve sales and counselling targets - Providing regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to team members - Handling escalations and efficiently resolving issues - Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth application processing and student satisfaction - Ensuring that the team meets both individual and group objectives To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduate degree in any discipline - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role - Proven sales experience, preferably in the education/consulting sector - Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines In addition to a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, you will have growth opportunities within the organization.
