As a Team Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of specialists working on data entry initiatives. Your experience in the BPO/IT sector, along with your proven leadership skills, will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist Sr leads / AMs in their day-to-day functions - Lead a team of specialists working on data entry initiatives - Build team structure, identify leadership potential, and enhance skill sets within the team - Deliver new transit data with the highest quality standards and in a timely manner - Design and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and output quality, providing feedback on tools - Provide regular reports on department growth and performance, developing metrics for measurement - Develop training curriculum and deliver it to teams within the Gurgaon office - Coordinate effectively with other Team Leads across the Content Sourcing team - Manage projects as required - Assist in candidate evaluation **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate or equivalent; Masters degree is a plus - Minimum 2 years of leadership and management experience with a successful track record - Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets/Docs - Experience in process training design and delivery - Interest in curriculum development and management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking - Attention to detail - Quick learner with proven ability to lead and develop a team - Creative problem-solving and analysis skills - Desired experience in planning, strategizing, and managing projects independently - Experience in Client communication would be an added advantage - Willingness to work from the office and open to working in shifts **About the Company:** At GlobalLogic, we prioritize a culture of caring where people come first.
