Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of voice process professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient call handling and resolution of customer queries.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
  • Proficiency in English language.
