Job Description

As a Team Lead in BPO Voice at our office located in Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, your role involves leading and managing our customer support team. Your primary responsibilities include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO Voice Process, with a preference for international experience. - At least 2 years of Team Handling or Supervisory experience. - Proven expertise in inbound call operations. - Strong understanding of shrinkage and attrition management. - Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills. Your key responsibilities will be: - Leading, managing, and mentoring the voice support team for inbound customer service. - Monitoring daily performance metrics, including shrinkage and attrition control. - Conducting team meetings, coaching sessions, and resolving conflicts. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality parameters, and customer satisfaction targets. - Preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management. In addition, the company provides benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. Night shift availability is required for this position.
