Team Lead – Biologic Formulation

The Formulation Lead for Biologics formulation will be responsible for leading the development

and optimization of formulations for a range of Biologics drug products like mAbs, Bispecifics,

ADCs, Fusion MAbs etc. The successful candidate will advise and consult the formulation

development teams on designing and developing robust and scalable formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to the teams for the development and optimization of formulations for drug products, including the design of experiments, identification of critical quality attributes, and optimization of formulation components and processing parameters.
• Work collaboratively with other functional groups, such as analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, providing technical expertise including identifying and addressing technical challenges during the development or Technology transfer of the formulation and drug product process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement in biologics drug product development and develop solutions that support an increase in operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration in biologics drug product development functions.

Education and Experience:

• MPharm/MTech/MSc/MS degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 8-11 years of Industrial experience.
• PhD Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 2-3 of Industrial experience.
