Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead - AR role based in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead will oversee accounts receivable processes, manage a team to ensure timely claim resolutions, and implement strategies for effective denial management and AR recovery. Responsibilities also include analyzing AR trends, providing support and guidance to the team, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient account management.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in AR calling and denial handling.
• 1+ years of experience in Team handling
• Graduation from any stream.
• Must be comfortable working on US shift timing.
• Must have Excellent communication and team handling skills
• Must be comfortable working from the office at the Ahmedabad location.
