Foxhog is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead & Evaluation: Finance who can lead a high-performing team, oversee financial operations, and evaluate business proposals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, mentoring interns, and shaping strategies to drive business growth and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the evaluation team and interns.

Review and evaluate business pitches and proposals.

Conduct financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and team performance.

Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with management for business growth and investment decisions.
