Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of CEO at Toie Clothing Limited. The role is based in New Delhi and will require overseeing day-to-day operations, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include managing finance, handling operations management, strategic business planning, driving sales strategies, and implementing strategic planning initiatives to ensure the growth and success of the brand.

Job Details:

Remuneration up to 70k/Month

Qualifications

• Finance skills, including financial planning and analysis
• Operations Management skills to oversee and improve daily operations
• Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to develop and implement business strategies
• Sales experience to drive and manage sales initiatives
• Proven leadership and managerial experience
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
