Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team

  of developers, ensuring high performance and productivity.

  Assigning tasks and tracking progress

  to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
• Act as a

  bridge between team members and management

  , communicating goals, expectations, and updates effectively.

• Guide the technical direction

  of projects, providing architectural input and code-level oversight.

• Mentor and support team members

  , both technically and professionally.

• Conduct regular code reviews

  and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in

  requirement analysis, sprint planning, and estimations

  with project managers and stakeholders.

  Foster a collaborative team culture

  that encourages innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and resolve roadblocks, performance issues, or conflicts

  within the team.
• Create

  SRS and technical documentation

  for assigned epics.
• Plan and execute strategic epics to

  enhance our JBM module

  and future initiatives.

• Front-end knowledge:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

  .
• Proven experience as a

  Team Leader or Technical Lead

  in .NET projects.
• Strong understanding of

  software architecture, design patterns, and development lifecycle

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and team management skills

  .
• Ability to

  mentor junior developers and guide teams

  through complex challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or related field

  .

• 4 8 years of experience

  in .NET development with

  Team Lead experience

  .
