Team-Lead (AI/ML Data Annottaion)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead to supervise and guide a team of 30–35 members. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, track performance, maintain quality standards, and support continuous process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep the team aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30–35 members to achieve project objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor daily tasks, track performance, and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper execution of multiple workflows, including complex vision taxonomies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and support corrective measures.
• Maintain and improve processes to achieve high accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align team output with organizational goals.
• Share regular updates, progress reports, and insights with reporting managers.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, ownership, and teamwork within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor, handling teams of 20+ members.
• Strong analytical skills to track accuracy, productivity, and process adherence.
• Hands-on experience with workflow management and multiple complex taxonomies.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and basic corrective/preventive measures.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
