Role within the organization: The position is responsible for Account Strategy & Execution, Client Servicing and Team Management for multiple client projects. Leading a team of client servicing executives and ensuring work is managed efficiently across all teams and collaborating with teams (both internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery. This role involves working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior. Responsibilities: 1. Defining Marketing Strategy: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. Ensure strategies are innovative, data-driven, and geared towards achieving measurable results. 2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of junior account managers, ensuring efficient work management and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee on-time project delivery and client satisfaction. 3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects. Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively to meet project objectives. 4. Understanding the Brief and Writing Strategy: Interact with clients to thoroughly understand their briefs and requirements. Translate client briefs into comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals. 5. Implementing Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing strategies on various platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and monitoring. Oversee the implementation of strategies to drive positive customer behavior and engagement. Digital Tools/Platforms Understanding: Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google marketing tools to optimize campaigns and analyze performance. Manage and create ad campaigns on Facebook Business Manager, demonstrating proficiency in the platform. Leverage Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and programmatic advertising for targeted and data-driven campaigns. Good at/Must Have: 1. Full Funnel Strategy: Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies to address various stages of the customer journey. 2. Performance Marketing: Demonstrate expertise in performance marketing techniques, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. 3. Creating Successful Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute successful marketing campaigns, leveraging creative and strategic thinking. 4. Strategy Implementation on the Floor: Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, ensuring successful implementation on the operational floor. 5. Liaison Between Client and Teams: Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. 6. Client Servicing: Manage client relationships by proactively addressing their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience in client servicing, strategy development, and execution within the digital marketing realm. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency with additional project management experience. Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with experience managing or working with a team of 6+ members. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships. Dynamic individual with strong decision-making and prioritization abilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple moving pieces. Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and systems. Ability to turn data insights into actionable growth initiatives. Demonstrates a high sense of ownership and relentlessness in delivering projects.
