Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of content moderation representatives to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage, attrition, and increase employee engagement.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills of team members and ensure effective communication among them.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Job Requirements :

5-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with a focus on people management skills.
Proven track record in reducing shrinkage, attrition rates through effective leadership and training programs.
Strong understanding of KPIs such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat etc. .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
