To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients, combined with a basic knowledge of financial products and services, will be instrumental in your success. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized are also essential qualities for this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include holding an IRDAI license or being willing to complete the necessary training and obtain certification. Experience with CRM tools and financial planning software would be beneficial as well.
