Job Description

Bachelors degree in Business, Fice, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in loan collections, with a proven track record in team management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office and collection management software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of agricultural fice and tractor industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
Lead and mentor a team of collection executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to maximize recovery rates.
Monitor and analyze loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and retail customers to facilitate smooth collections.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all collection activities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to resolve complex collection issues.
Generate and analyze collection reports, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loan collections and recovery.
Train and develop team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge.
