Team Co-ordinator

As a Team Coordinator in the Global Data Analytics Technology team at A.P. Moller - Maersk based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by managing administrative workflows and expenses efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing expense processes such as handling invoices and settling travel expenses - Coordinating travel bookings and visa arrangements - Maintaining the calendar of the senior leadership team you support - Keeping track of organizational resources like org charts, subscriptions, and SharePoint sites - Acting as the point of contact for administrative queries and requests - Booking venues for meetings and offsite events - Handling orders for gifts and flowers - Updating distribution lists - Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity - Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as expense and travel management software like Concur - Exceptional attention to detail when managing expenses, invoices, and confidential information - The ability to adapt to changing priorities, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently At Maersk, we value diversity and inclusivity, with over 180 nationalities represented in our workforce.
