Team Assistant - HR

As a Team Assistant - HR at Vedshil Careers, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief People Officer in various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting in daily operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR-related documentation. You will play a key role in recruitment processes, compensation and benefits administration, and employee training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely task execution, contributing to performance evaluation processes, and coordinating learning and development initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for employee and management queries, providing professional support and resolving grievances. Additionally, you will manage administrative functions, including scheduling student batches, maintaining student records, and coordinating soft-skill sessions with external collaborators. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and strong organizational abilities. Candidates from nearby regions of Gandhinagar and locals will be given preference. Prior experience in an HR Associate role and familiarity with HRMS and ATS are advantageous. Hands-on experience in the recruitment process will be highly valued.
