Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive at Aswatha Creations Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Invoicing and Billing - Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time. - Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. - Accounts Receivable - Reconcile customer accounts and prepare statements for clients. - Bank Reconciliation - Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. - Identify discrepancies and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. - Financial Reporting - Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. - Support the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts. - Tax Compliance - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes. - Maintain accurate records for tax audits and assist with tax-related queries. - Audit Support - Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation. - Ensure compliance with audit requirements and implement corrective actions if needed. - Documentation and Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate and organized financial records. - Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and maintain backups. - Compliance and Regulations - Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws. - Adhere to internal financial policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Office, particularly Excel. - Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. - Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
