  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary


Job Summary:

As a TEAL-Mechanical Assembly Technician at Titan, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various mechanical components and systems for our Automation Solutions. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble mechanical components and systems
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble, fit, and align parts according to specifications
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all components meet required standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the given time frame
  • Communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
  • Technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the automation industry is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
