Job Offline program - Completion & Verification of Offline program with the check list & PFMEA Man- Days Estimation Resource Mapping Timeline Discussion with PM Programming Standards using if any new then list down Ensure PDRN Received as per the requirements Discussion & Understanding the SOP & 3D Explanation from designs MQ1 Completion & dispatch Timeline Review with Team Ensure Power ON Completion on Date Adherence to Estimated Man-days considered in the project Adherence to MQ1 Plan Offline device testing Ensure Zero Device Failure Ensure Zero accident Programming & Testing Quality Risk Mitigation Plan Prepared & Discuss the Mitigation PFMEA Document Preparation, Review and online validation If any program requirements, then discuss with customers & Document the Same Reducing the Programming Errors in the shopfloor by >90% Lesson Learnt Document Preparation Ensure the CE Process adhering by Team Ensure Checklist as per CE Process - Document Maintain & Review 100% ECN Capture If any delay, then documented the Reason MQ-2 sign-off & Project Handing Over to Service Team Commissioning Plan Preparation Adherence to Estimated Man-days considered in the project Adherence to MQ2 Plan Min 80% of the total number of projects, MQ2 sign off from the start of commissioning should be as per commissioning plan. No project should exceed beyond 135 days Ensure the Documents Shared within 2 Weeks after MQ2 Signoff Issue resolution within 2-days for customer Issue resolution within 2-days from customer end Customer Engagement & Daily Project Report Ensure Daily update on Project progress at site and OPL updating to Customer Customer Feedback survey to be taken 1. MQ1, 2. MQ2 Score should be greater than 9 out of 10 Capability Building & Innovation Engaging with Programming Standardisation Team - Involve & support for creating new blocks or improving the programming Competency mapping for the team members to be updated/completed by Aug 24 Improve 1 level up in any 2 competencies with all engineer's Minimum Two department initiative per Manager Minimum 5 Kaizen in Each Project New Devices then List down the Training Contents & Team Members Work Experience Fundamentals of electrical engineering Concept generation for application requirement PLC & HMI programming Knowledge about Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA and other control systems Knowledge about electrical diagrams, product manuals, machine manuals Machine Testing and Commissioning Knowledge in Automation Field Good Communication Skills. Electrical Controls Design. On time support to Customer during MQ1/MQ2 Process. Willing to Travel Team competency mapping Team management and guidance to achieve the desired results in electrical design BE with 10+ yrs experience
