We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production activities in our electronic device manufacturing unit. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Mathematics or Physics who are eager to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Coordinate between design, engineering, and production teams to maintain workflow
• Track project milestones, update progress reports, and escalate delays
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during manufacturing processes
• Maintain documentation and support audits and compliance checks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mathematics or Physics (Freshers welcome)- prefered - any in bsc and msc accepted
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Basic understanding of electronics or manufacturing processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industrial tools and software
