We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Telugu-speaking inbound voice process supporting a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC). This role involves answering customer calls, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while adhering to quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound voice calls in Telugu and assist customers with service-related queries. Handle customer inquiries related to: Loan products, EMI payments, membership renewals, card issues, address changes, and general account assistance. Log and update call details accurately in the internal CRM system. Maintain high levels of First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Follow defined scripts, compliance protocols, and escalation procedures. Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions. Languages Mandatory: Fluent in spoken Telugu Desirable: Basic understanding of English or Hind Required Skills Clear, polite, and effective verbal communication in Telugu Strong listening and customer-handling ability Basic computer literacy and data entry skills Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations Familiarity with CRM or call-handling systems is a plus Employment Terms Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off) Training: 15 days classroom + mock call-based training (mandatory) Leaves: As per company policy Location: Vizag (on-site work only)
