Job Requirements Job Description: Edu: Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/EEE Exp: 3 to 5 years Inspection, Validation & Documentation of o IQC - Incoming Quality control (Individual part inspection thru Poly works) o IPQC - In progress Quality Control (Sub assembly inspection) o IPQC - Electrical Panel validation Assisting Conducting 8 hrs Dry run validation with observation of NC ‘s in machine during running Assisting to OQC – Outgoing Quality Control (Station validation) Inspection and facilitate deliverables from standard room equipment Publish the consolidated report of IPQC (Mech & Elec), OQC and Dry run validation Conduct regular 5S evaluations and assess the adherence of shop floors to industrial 5S requirements Conceptualise and implement Kaizens to improve quality, productivity, safety & ease of work Perform periodic safety evaluations in shop floors and office workspaces to assess conformance to OSHAS requirements Co-ordinate audits and maintain documents for ISO, OHS and EMS compliance of the department Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for the department processes and take necessary corrective action to keep the risk at acceptable levels Knowledge on: Technical Expertise in Instruments & Equipment’s Strong Knowledge in PLC and IO Validation Process Knowledge & Product Standards Knowledge in SAP & Microsoft office Engineering drawing & E-plan drawing interpretation GD&T Basics of SPC (Cp, Cpk), MSA(R&R)
