Job The role is responsible for, \u2022 Attending calls from customer and providing on time support \u2022 Examine the spares parts and modification fixtures and ensuring the test chart \u2022 Providing support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place \u2022 Troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and other mechanical system \u2022 Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support \u2022 Involvement for the supplier interaction, rework \u2022 Onsite mechanical installation and modification activities \u2022 New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team Work Experience Diploma in mechanical with 3+ years of experience Machine Assembly and Automation Field
