Eligibility criteria

Experience:
6 months – 1 year in relevant technology/stack
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge in chosen stack (Java + DSA / MERN / Python + DS)

Good communication skills, approachable and student-friendly attitude

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead instructors in delivering lectures, doubt-solving sessions, and assignments
Help students debug code, solve problems, and understand core concepts
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to mentors
Prepare and maintain supporting resources like code snippets, notes, and practice problems
Collaborate with the teaching team to improve the overall learning experience
