The Teaching Assistant (CSE) will support faculty members in delivering effective, hands-on laboratory and programming-based learning experiences. The role involves assisting students with coding, debugging, concept clarity, lab assignments, and practical implementation of coursework. The ideal candidate should have strong programming knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to guide students in a structured academic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist faculty in conducting programming labs and practical sessions
• Guide students in coding, debugging, and understanding core concepts
• Support development, evaluation, and documentation of lab assignments
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and student-friendly lab environment
• Provide academic support during lab hours and open lab sessions
• Stay updated with modern programming tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Assist in departmental academic tasks and technical initiatives
• Help prepare lab manuals, technical resources, and learning material
• Support faculty during assessments, practical exams, and lab evaluations
  

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong programming proficiency in 

  Java, Python, and C++

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

   concepts
• Working knowledge of 

  JavaScript

   and modern development tools
• Ability to assist in IDEs and software environments
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong mentoring, patience, and student-handling skills
• Passion for teaching, learning, and continuous technical improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and academic teams
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible

   M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science)

• Eligible:

   B.Tech (CSE)
• Prior teaching, lab assistance, or technical mentorship experience is an added advantage
