Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PGT, TGT and PRT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their respective subject, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

· Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

· Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' language proficiency, critical thinking, and communication skills.

· Assess student progress regularly through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

· Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that promote cross-curricular learning.

· Foster a love for literature and language by introducing students to a wide range of literary works and encouraging them to explore different genres and styles.

· Support students in developing their writing skills through guided practice, constructive criticism, and revision exercises.

· Establish effective communication channels with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, academic concerns, and collaborative opportunities.

· Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning sessions to contribute ideas and stay updated on best practices in English education.

· Uphold school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment at all times.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (ANY), or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

· B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

· Passion for education and a commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity and academic excellence in students.

· Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young learners.

· Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
